Description

A unique opportunity to enter into a licence agreement to occupy and run the coffee shop

within the recently refurbished Market Hall, Holyhead Town Centre. The Coffee shop will be

located on the ground floor, close to the main entrance, which will lead directly into the

library and other businesses occupying the building.

Having been derelict for over 10 years, Holyhead Market Hall is currently being refurbished

and upgraded to accommodate new uses, creating a long term sustainable end use for

building. The project ensures a sustainable future, respecting and celebrating the Market

Hall’s heritage. It will provide a new home for Holyhead Library and the Island’s local history

collections, provide exhibitions interpreting Holyhead's story with opportunities for new

spaces for learning, training, community activity space and a coffee shop.

Licence Agreement

The Council is inviting parties to express their interest to occupy and run the Coffee Shop

within the Market Hall building. Terms of the licence agreement are negotiable. All

applications considered.

Application

The property is available on licence, subject to a successful application, which will involve

the provision of references and a business plan. Contact our Property Section for more

information.

Viewing and Expressions of Interest

Viewing of the property is to be made by appointment only. Parties wishing to express

Cyfle unigryw i ymrwymo i gytundeb trwydded mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Sir Ynys Môn

i feddiannu a rhedeg y Siop Goffi yn Neuadd y Farchnad, Caergybi. Bydd y Siop Goffi wedi’i

lleoli ar y llawr gwaelod, yn agos at y brif fynedfa a fydd yn arwain yn uniongyrchol i'r llyfrgell

a busnesau eraill sy'n meddiannu'r adeilad.

Mae cyflwr Neuadd y Farchnad wedi dirywio dros gyfnod o ddeng mlynedd a mwy. Mae’n

cael ei hatgyweirio a’i huwchraddio ar hyn o bryd ar gyfer ei defnyddio i ddibenion newydd

gan olygu y bydd defnydd cynaliadwy yn cael ei wneud o’r adeilad yn y pen draw. Mae’r

prosiect yn sicrhau dyfodol cynaliadwy, sy’n parchu ac yn dathlu treftadaeth y Neuadd. Bydd

yn gartref newydd i Lyfrgell Caergybi a chasgliadau hanes lleol yr Ynys, arddangosfeydd

sy’n dehongli hanes Caergybi gyda chyfleoedd i sicrhau lleoliadau newydd ar gyfer dysgu,
