Cynefin
Cynefin /ˈkʌnɨvɪn/ is a Welsh word, which is commonly translated into English as 'habitat' or 'place', [...]."But the actual translation is: the place of your multiple belongings"

The Cynefin Framework
It "explores the relationship between man, experience, and context"[1] and proposes new approaches to communication, decision-making, policy-making, and knowledge management in complex social environments.

Third ExerciseDecide in 30 seconds to build either an animal or a vehicle. After that you work according to the following rules:
As in exercise 2, you need to create a regular color pattern. Each color of bricks must only be touched by one person in your team.
You are not allowed to talk.
Every minute, you (the entire team) need to switch tables, taking your unfinished work with you (but not the material).
Retrospective
Fourth ExerciseYour task is similar to the last one, but now you need to create a building or a plant.
At random times, the facilitator will touch a team member’s shoulder and indicate another table. That person then immediately joins a different team.
