SCHEDULE

A WPCS Show for photographs

Welsh Ponies, Cobs and the Welsh Part-bred

have reached all parts of the World. In these

difficult times let us use the World Online

Show as an opportunity to share and enjoy

their beauty and enter the spirit of this fun

competition.

£5 per entry

This entry fee is levied as a fundraiser for the Society due to

shortfall in income from the loss of so many shows, affiliations,

and medal packages. We thank all competitors for their support

and wish them luck.

You can only enter online. Please do not send

photographs to the WPCS office.

o View the schedule and select the classes you

wish to enter

o Visit www.wpcs.uk.com /worldonlineshow/payentry

and make payment for your entries (£5 per

class)

o Submit a full body picture - high resolution

digital image that best shows off your animal

to [email protected] along with:

o Your full name

o The animals registered name

o The class number you wish to enter

o Your order number

o Repeat this for each entry - remembering to

quote your order number each time

o Please note if your entry is a ‘gelding’.

o Please note if your entry is a ‘veteran’ – (a

veteran is classed as an animal 19 years old

or over)

Rules o Animals must be registered with the Welsh Pony

and Cob Society or a recognised WPCS daughter

Society (if found not to be, prizes will be withheld).

o The image of the Equine MUST NOT be edited/

photoshopped or enhanced in any way. It is

permissible to edit the background.

o Photos must not be watermarked

o Historic photos are acceptable of animals but

please enter them in their correct class i.e if your

picture is from 10 years ago but the animal is

photographed as a yearling then it should be

entered in the yearling class, not the eight year old

or over class

o By submitting your entry, you give permission

should the society wish to use the image; for it to be

used within our Society Journal, on our website or

social media platforms in relation to the competition.

o Photographers should be credited where possible

o The Judge’s decision is final.

Society. for the best humorous photograph. It must

include a Welsh Pony, Cob or Welsh Part-bred and

make the judges laugh!
