Socielite Wedding and Event Planning is a full service Wedding and event planning company. Socielite Wedding and Event Planning provides wedding and event planning for anyone seeking professional services to execute from start to finish the best event of their dreams. Socielite has packages to cater to the low bud-get wedding, with just some help, to a full service package that requires planning services from start to finish. Socielite not only specializes in weddings, but corpo-rate events, bridal showers, anniversary parties, or any custom event that the client desires.

The mission of Socielite Wedding and Event Planning is to create an amazing experience that leaves a lasting impression for all those who attend. Socielite Wed-ding and Event planning will succeed in planning the Wedding of the couple's dreams, and they will refer to all their friend's and family. Per word of mouth, our mission is to gain the trust of our clients, so that other than the initial wedding or event, they will become lifelong members of the Socielite family. Our target mar-kets are middle to upper class families, couples, individuals, or private or public or-ganizations. We have chosen these groups, because they are the most likely to af-ford and employ event planners, and have the least amount of time to spare for planning events. We live in a fast paced world, and the hustle and bustle of every-day life leaves little time to plan events and social get together psych and wed-dings. Socielite Wedding and Event Planning, fulfills the need by being available to take on the burden of planning so that people can spend more time on their other responsibilities. The year 2015 the average wedding cost in the state of Utah was 28,073. Utah is ranked the 22nd state in the nation for average wedding cost. These numbers are based off of the total number of Brides who hired a consultant. By hir-ing a consultant that has been through the proper training that has certification, the client can also have the reassurance that they are putting themselves in proper hands to have things done the right way. The risk of hiring someone with out certifi-cation can be a hazard when things do not go smoothly or as planned.

Socielite is also working on opening our own reception and floral center. By providing these outside services, Socielite will stand out with the ability to offer dis-counted prices and packages if the client would like to use the reception and floral advantages. The reception and floral offer will be available in the next two years, once the facility is funded and the building complete. The center will focus on a rus-tic old barn look, and will provide a modern, yet rustic atmosphere for the client's perfect day. The brand of Socielite will provide an elegant yet rustic look and a ro-mantic and fun experience. The first year to two years, Socielite will focus as a young company on building the best reputation in the industry. Building a clientele, and working on vendor relationships, will help to provide a sturdy foundation to sup-port the growth of the new business facility.

Planner PackagesAdditional Planner packages are the same rate as a "Day of" Event. This includes up to 10 hours on the day of the event from set up to take down of the event. The cost is $750.00 with half down upon booking and the rest paid the day before the event. Additional time can be extended for the fee of 50$ per hour. Destination packages are a flat fee of $1000.00 to plan and orchestrate the entire experience.

Package 1: The Engagement Party: This package is a great was to introduce the key people in your lives that are going to be seeing a lot of each-other. This party will take place within weeks or a few months after the engagement, and can be a small affair or a party for the books! The party will be planned according to the wants and the needs of the couple and also whomever is hosting the party. Socielite events will be responsible for setting the theme, destination parties are also avail-able upon special request.

Package 2: The Bridal Shower: Throwing a shower is a special gesture that shows how much you care about a per-son. Socielite Wedding and Event planning will tailor the event to your special guest of honor. We can help to find a venue, right down to sending the thank you cards.

Package 3: Bachelorette Party: What makes up the perfect bachelorette Party? To get the most out of the night, and make sure that the bachelorette gets the ultimate experience, let Socielite Events help you plan a night to remember. Destinations are also available by re-quest.

Package 4:Couple Wedding Shower: When the bride and groom cannot bear to celebrate apart, they get the whole group together and throw a shower for the girls and the guys! A crowd is more fun any-ways right? The couple shower is closer to a cocktail party than a shower, and can be planned with any theme or atmosphere the couple desires. Whether it be planned around their personalities, interests, or a themed gift shower, a couple shower takes tradition to a whole new level. Socielite Events will bring the excite-ment and the entertainment to a whole new level.

Package 5: Wedding Anniversary package: Anniversaries are always worth celebrating! Whether it's the first or the 50th, So-cielite is here to help you plan the best party ever. A themed party is a load of fun for anniversaries, or just a contemporary dinner, we have you covered. Socielite will take care of the venue, menu, and guests for a hassle and worry free night of fun.

Wedding and Event PackagesPackage A:The Sterling Silver

The Sterling Silver package is a basic package that holds all of the informa-tion that you would need to plan your wedding, with a professional guide. This package is for the couple that has planned their wedding, but desire professional coordination and execution of their signature day. This package is for the bride that would like to handle everything on her own but does not know where to start, or the bride that has made all of her own plans and would just like an expert to go over with her. This package is $50 an hour with a two hour minimum. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride who wants the guidance of a wedding planner without having to purchase a package. We will find a mutual place to meet and go over any questions that you may have.

Package B: The EmeraldThis Package is a partial wedding planning and event supervision package that starts at 2500.00 and can also be tailored to the wedding party needs. This package is for the bride that has completed some of her wedding plan-ning, and needs less help than what the Diamond package has to offer. This packages offers the bride a hands on role in her planning with the help of a wedding expert.The partial wedding planning package includes:• Initial consultation with the bride and groom complimentary. • Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am to

8:00 pm)• At least two client meeting between client and planner.• Prepare the bride and groom timelines and checklists.• Email reminders to the bride at the first of the month of what needs to be

accomplished that month to stay on track. • One visit to the site of the wedding and reception to go over setup.• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.• Answer Etiquette questions.• Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed for the bride to set appoint-

ments with such as the baker, caterer, florist, musicians, photographer, rental facilities, videographer, wedding attire, Officiant, And transporta-tion.

• Two hour planning meeting one month before wedding which will include:• Ceremony planning, processional, recessional and placement.• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline

to be provided to client and vendors.• Final walk through with client at selected sites month of the wed-

ding (meeting should include florist if possible)• Collection and inventory of wedding items to be set up on wed-

ding day. Such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers etc.

• Additional time may be purchased at the "day of" service price per hour if the couple would like day of service supervision and conducting.

Package C: The Diamond The Diamond is a full planning package. With this package, if you choose to work with pour preferred vendors, we will discount the package by $200.00. Not only are these some of the best wedding vendors, but these vendors of-fer you a discount for being a Socielite bride. This is a terrific way to save you some money and get the best vendors Socielite has to offer. If you choose not to use outer proffered vendors, that is ok too, but you will not re-ceive the discounted amount. The cost for this package starts at 3500.00 and can be tailored to the wedding needs.

This package is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. It cov-ers all of the details that go into making a wedding memorable.

The full Diamond Package includes:• Complimentary consultation with the bride and the groom. This in depth

consultation includes: Completion of bridal profile, High level discussion of budget, and vendor referrals that fit your budget needs, Discussion of wed-ding priorities, Review of your wedding ideas and vision for your wedding, Complete planning checklist, Calendar of payments and deadlines,

• Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 a.m. To 8:00 p.m)

• At least three planning meetings between clients and planner. • Help to prepare and understand the budget.• Prepare schedule and timeline checklists.• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception

venues.• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of wedding.• Answer etiquette questions.• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to

fittings if desired.• Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will sched-

ule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per ven-dor category.

• Wedding Rehearsal: Wedding consultant will attend for one and half hours to direct the rehearsal flow, advice, coordinate and suggest ceremony de-tails. Discuss who will be responsible for the rings and other ceremony du-ties.

• Wedding Day: Wedding consultant will attend/arriving 2-3 hours prior to wedding start time. Direct wedding ceremony and reception, Oversee ven-dor arrival, be main point of contact for vendors, Ensure decor is set to plan, Direct reception flow, distribute and payments or gratuities to ven-dors as needed, Assist florist with pinning flowers and bouquet, Ensure timeline is followed according to plan, Handle any discrepancies, last minute details.

• Contracts with all vendors will be between the client and vendor. Socielite Wed-ding and Event Planning will not enter any vendor contracts on behalf of the client.

• The Client agrees to let Socielite Wedding and event Planning know of any changes to the wedding/event and/ or vendors that they will be using. The Client also agrees to immediately notify Socielite Wedding and Event Planning in the case of cancelation of the wedding/event or change to the wedding/event date. If there is a cancelation, the deposit made is non-refundable.

• The Client agrees that there will not be another wedding planner/event coordina-tor working with the Client except for Socielite Wedding and Event Planning.

• The Client agrees to pay a deposit upon signing this agreement and pay the re-maining balance one day prior to the set wedding/event date of:__________________________

I understand that I am using Socielite Wedding and Event Planning to help with my wedding/event planning.
