Having lived and worked in Mozambique since 1995, Ministerio Arco-Iris (Iris Global) has participated in

the relief and recovery efforts of numerous natural disasters, most notably the southern floods of 2000,

Cyclone Favio in 2007, and Cyclone Idai in 2019. Our deep ties within Mozambique and our extensive

network of faith-based leaders and staff have perfectly positioned us to respond quickly and effectively to

the needs of the people of Mozambique.

Our mission at Ministerio Arco-Iris (Iris Global) is that we are empowered by the love of God to stop for the

one in need through adoration, outreach, education, relief, development, healing, and the arts. As a result

of our existing development programs, we have been able to quickly mobilize our personnel and assets to

directly respond to Cyclone Kenneth within the Province of Cabo Delgado.

Through a robust collaborative network of partners including the government agencies of Mozambique,

OCHA and the United Nations, as well as with national and international NGOs, we have already made a

significant impact in the region. This report is a summary of our efforts thus far.

To God be the Glory,

Heidi Baker, Ph.D. (Mama Aida)

Founder and President, Ministerio Arco-Iris (Iris Global)
