Both Threats meet all assessment criteria with the only differ in motivation, one motivated by the knowledge available across the Internet and the other motivated by money. Competitors and Contracts are tied at #2 spot. The former is motivated by money and market share for their own organization, while the latter is a highly skilled and capable service provider. Terrorists are next on the list at #3 and while they are highly motivated they lack capability and skill to execute with. Malicious Threats are #4 motivated, but due to the lack knowledge of our organization and resources any attacks are isolated and limited. Third-party organizations are ranked #5, they represent service providers motivated by money with limited knowledge of the organization.
