UiPath is certified ISO 27001 and have Security Guidelines

Passwords Storage & exchange

Windows Credentials Feature and UIPath Security SecureString are used To exchange, storage and encrypt Login/Password for the Robots . No credentials in the scripts.

Possibility to have a Customer-side secure Webservice that provides the credential used on the fly.

• Passwords storage not needed and Webservices must be Protect in two way SSL (Client-side certificate + server).

Robot Account Access

The Information Security Officer Group IT has validated the ABX Secure access architecture based on service accounts for the robots.

Customer Data Privacy

Customer Inputs/Outputs Files are stored on Forge with limited accesses(No customer data will be saved on the ABX platform).

Security- General Aspects

Test Environment Security

Solution 1: A dedicated testing platform provided by the customer.

Solution 2: Dedicated test projects (In the case of multiple applications, it must be ensured that the same test account can be used on all applications).

Solution 3: Use Prod accounts. To avoid absolutely from a security point of view. This will require:

• A derogation from the DA, the CySIP Officer (Complicated to get , Do not expect a reactivity on this point).

• Additional security measures and constraints at the level of the UIPath.

Backup And Restoration

Backup Strategies is defined by ABX and managed by group IT.

Full Backup of Processes scripts.

Incremental Backup for log files and Execution reports.

A template is created to save the VMs configuration.

All data is stored into SVN and can be restored with a checkout.
