The client wanted to have a continuity and a fowing view and movement in the whole building. I possiblethere must be as ew walls as possible inside. So the house was divided into two part with center axis and
developed with split level system. With the split level, there is a continuity within each room, and a eeling

The client is an automotive lover. He has an old unused rame o VolksWagon Combi. I try to integrate hal o the Combi’s rame into the bar
and recreation room to create something unique. It can be used as the
bar and drinking storage with a little modication.

The house was designed or a proessional goler. One o gol course types,
´Dogleg´, was chosen to develop the design o the house. All rooms inside the house are connected each other. Since the house used
minimum walls, there is a continuity and fowing movement between rooms.
Guess room was designed as a small cottage and located separate with themain house.
Eco design principles were applied into the process o the design. This house has a lot o opening
and is made to be ´semi -open´building by connecting directly with the open air to improve the aircirculation within the building.
The skin o the building can be opened so the wall can ´breathe´. Green roo was design to giverecreational space or the inhabitants and can be used as a putting green as well or the goler.

are separated with zen garden. It will ulll the need o aircirculation and natural lighting or the house. So it will be a
low energy building.
Griya belek means ́ Tin House´. This house use waste
materials as its components. Tin waste and letoverwood are used as wall partition, window, opening,

Classrooms Cluster
The main issue o this school was the openness and
connection between each cluster inside the build-ing. This school was designed to have as minimum
obstacles as possible. There are very ew walls ineach classroom cluster. Instead o the walls, well-
placed urnitures were used to create borders and
giving security to each classroom. A lot o openingwas also placed on all side to give natural light,
which is one o the characteristics o Montessori
Education. Because there are 4 dierent clusters
with dierent age range, the clusters were posi-tioned so there is still connection between each
other but not to disturb each other.

White Rabbit is an art gallery which shows some collections o paintings, oil paintings, photos, and sculptures.
In an art gallery, they main important issue is about zoning and lighting. There must be a good combinationbetween natural lighting and articial lighting. The development o the white rabbit’s designed ocus on those
things. The orm o the acade was designed to catch as much daylight as possible. The collections which can’t
be exposed with daylight were zoned on the deep corner o the building.

SKY GARDEN and BREATHING FACADEThere were several holes on the acade which go
through to the middle part o the building. They
were made so the building can ‘breathe’. The holes
can be used as garden as well to make the view
better and give clean air supply. On top foor there
is a sky restaurant which is covered by glass dome
and surrounded by sky garden.
EXPOSED STAIRThe vertical circulation was designed continously
round the side o the building. The stair area was se-
cured with laminated glass instead a wall so people
can enjoy the surrounding view.
The ceiling o this area is covered with plants and
vines to give a psychological eects such as reshness
and coolness and to give clean air supply as well
SKY BRIDGELit and service area mass were separated rom the
main building mass with vertical crevices so air canfows to the center void.
This two masses were connected by sky bridges that
connected directly to open air. The sky bridges were
used as garden as well so it can reduce the stress
level o the employees.

Brenner Pass
(German: Brennerpass;
Italian: Passo del Brennero)
is a mountain pass through
the Alps along the border
between Italy and Austria, and is one o the princi-
pal passes o the Alps. It
is the lowest o the Alpine
passes, and one o the ew
in the area. For that reason
possession o the pass has
long been coveted.
Below the pass, high Alpine
pastures have been used by
dairy cattle or summer gra-
zing, making space available
at lower altitudes or culti-
vating and harvesting hay orwinter odder. Many o the
high pastures are at altitudes
over 1,000 meters.

The Boringness State
L a n d u s e
Sequence
Because o these reasons, there will be some boringness
eeling while driving along the brenner pass. It is an
ironic thing. Brenner pass has the most beautiul land-
scape on its background, but those several matters bring
the boringness state on the road.
This road has similar sequences along the way. There are no
variety o view or any kind o surprise. There are many empty
view as well. This situation can cause a boringness while driving.

SCENARIO 1
Make a Better Sequence
SCENARIO 2
Give Surprises on The Road
Te boringness on the road come because people have the
same sequence all the way. Same sequence equals with samestory. Tere is no excitement while driving because there is nointeresting story.
What does have an i nteresting stroy?MOVIE
In the rst Scenario, the existing road is combined with theorder o plot o a movie to create a better sequence.
Te road are divided into our sections, and ve points arepicked to representate each plot part so that there is a
continuous story on the road.Te chosen points are tunnels and bending part o the road. It
will make people can have diferent view on each point
To give surprise on road means to give an unexpected thing
or road user. The surprise must be on the middle o the
road so they can attract people and road user can nd the
surprise in a glance.
The plan is to design high rise buildings and put in on the
middle o the road to block t he emptyness view and to be
element o surprises. The building on three chosen spots
must have similar characteristics or connection.Give something small at rst, then give something
big at the climax to bring gradually surprises

The current unction
is Brenner Pass as the main

THE BRENNER TOWER
These buildings give a new and better sequence
into the site. They are placed in the middle o the
road in order to give surprise and to block the
emptyness rontview to prevent the boringness
on this road. All three parts o the building are
built separately and put on the bending part o the
road, so people will catch dierent view as they
