CVG TRAIL RUN/WALK/BIKE EVENTWHY - To celebrate the first section of the CVG Loop Trail as well as toraise awareness and to create discussion around the next phase which is toextend along Donaldson Road near the airport entrance.

Grab your bike or running shoes and join the Friends of CVG as we experience the first 2.5-mile segmentof the CVG Loop Trail along the new South Airfield Road.The CVG Loop Trail is a proposed 20-mile path around the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.The ride/run/walk will start from the eastern end of the new South Airfield Road across from Turfway Parkpromptly at 10 a.m. Please be sure to arrive early. Kids of all ages are welcome!If you would like to explore the trail on your own time, the trail will be open to pedestrians and cyclists from9:00 a.m. until noon.To celebrate, the Friends of the CVG Trail will be providing refreshments to participants in the event.There will also be an information booth to answer any questions about the 'next steps' for the trail.
