We had been given clinical training on screening of blood and tissue sample obtained from different type of patients at KEM Hospital Parel, Mumbai 400012 7 th July, to 22 nd July, 2015 : Worked at the RCBN Skin Bank of National Burns Central, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. I was given demonstration and hands-on training on skin banking methods (cadaveric skin processing and preservation techniques.) and also conducted survey for the awareness of skin donation. January, 2016-May, 2016: Successfully concluded my master project entitled as Anti-inflammatory effects of Lawsonia inermis targeting biosynthetic pathways”. The project work involved standardization of PLA2 assay and total phenolic and flavonoids assay of Lawsonia inermis, which was done under the supervision of Prof. P. Reddanna, Department of Animal Biology, University of Hyderabad. July, 2016- Current: Working in a project entitled “Molecular characterization of cancer stem cells (CSCs) on colorectal cancer”. We are attempting to isolate cancer stem cells and characterize from colon cancer cell line HCT-116, at University of Hyderabad. September, 2016- Current: Working in a project entitled Butyl gallate, a COX-2 5- LOX Dual Inhibitor, is a Potential Anti-inflammatory Drug Candidate without Gastric and Cardiac Side effects. We are particularly elucidating the anti- inflammatory effect of butyl gallate using air-pouch mouse model. October, 2016- Current: Working in a project entitled Bacteriostatic and Bactericidal effect of nanoparticles synthesized from plant extract against multidrug resistant pathogens. RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:
