and Humanitarian Assistance.
Monitoring of multi sartorial grant, soft grants (Agriculture activities , Livelihood soft activities, sports tournament,
different skill and capacity building trainings) and hard grants (infrastructure like roads, DWSS, street
pavements, rehabilitation of hospitals schools etc.) and submitting reports.
Coordinate the submission of all grant-related documents, forms to Head officer for (operation, grants, procurement,
finance, information management) units
To work in close coordination with technical section to ensure quality of work.
Ensure the successful implementation of project activities, including planning and the transparent procurement of grant-
related goods and services.
Participate in the bidding of grants and assist the logistics in the relevant documentation.
Keep records of all grants related documentation, site visit notes, Travel Security Clearances Form,
Weekly reports and photos including the different phases of implementation (Before, During and After)
Arrange and conduct community (POC or TOC) meetings for prioritization and implementation of different grants

Report any or all gaps found in supervision, planning and leading field activity by supervisor.
Report any and all violations of the IVAP SOPs for data collection and team management to the Manager.
Support Manager Quality & usage in conducting Cluster monitoring mission to the field.
Produce monitoring reports daily and at the end of week submit it with recommendation to Manager.
Initiated areas of field team work which could require strengthening and work with Manager Quality & Usage and Senior
Team Leader Data Collection to develop strategies and refresher trainings accordingly.
Participating in re-verification survey of assistance tracking of external partners.
Oversee field activity in absence of supervisor, if required.
Supervised with Team Leader /field supervisor, arrange on field training for staff.
Participate in any other survey including cluster specific survey
