My Responsibilities:

Check latest revision for drawings & preparing materials before issuing them to fitters.

Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly report

Ensure in coordination with piping supervisor that execution of works are to the required daily target

Report to the Construction Manager about the current work progress

Record hold , deleted & Modified drawings and follow them

Contact with QC department and record welded Joints.

Co-ordinate with the main-contractor to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning .

Classify project into three areas and follow them for fit-up, welding & painting using equations to connect with

attachment files from qc department & painting department

Make files for searching for spools that will travel to site and follow with searchers

Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping

Review the Piping Design documents (P&ID, Isometric, Supports Details, orientation drawings and vendor drawings

Preparing work Packages for construction activities and method of statements

Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics.

Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
