Project Management Experience

With over 15 years as a Project/Programme Manager handling Multiple and Complex projects through the whole project life cycle. Working, with proven project management methodologies and tools to, plan deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time and to cost with full financial accountability. Major Accomplishments Successful delivery of SAP to UTAS ISR Systems, This was a 2/3 year project to replace 5 separate legacy systems with SAP. Working closely with the ISR SAP Programme Director to provide functional link between the each of the business the EIT and the SAP functional core team, ensuring on time, under budget delivery of SAP, Including:

Maintaining and developing the Projects Plan and Risk Register

Weekly stakeholder reporting on the project status

Conversion planning, data mapping and requirements gathering

Cutover Planning

Relationship management during SAP Cutover & Activation period between Enterprise Implementation Team and the Businesses.

Day to Day resource management of the 40 multi-discipline, core team members

Achieved a high level of end user experience with many SAP modules including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Material management (MM), Quality Management (QM) Sales & distribution (SD) and Project systems (PS). Final delivery 2 multimillion pound Intelligence and Exploitation Ground Stations for the Pakistan Air Force, DB110 programme under a United States Government, Foreign Military Sale.

Successful delivery of an Intelligence and Exploitation system for the Royal Netherlands Air Force, in support of IRAQ operations in during 2010 as part of a Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR). Additional Accomplishments Successful completion, of a major VOIP trial and installation for Network Rail, with over 900 users with a total budget of £1.3 million. Completion of a major, £1,000,000 Hospital PFI project for, data and voice services, in the West Midlands, completed over a 4-year period, additional change control and sale of additional services worth £750,000 was required. This project was part of a major extension and revamp of the hospital in a capital cost of £305,000,000. This was successfully completed using Prince 2 methodology throughout. Technical Experience A grounded knowledge of the SAP technology, with a full understanding of the SAP Functional areas, such as CRM FICO, MRO and SCM. An excellent telecommunications background gained over 12 years as a technician and project engineer on PABX’s, I/P Networking, CRM, VOIP and associated peripherals such as Contact Centres and Voice Managers. Computer literacy Experienced in using MS Project, to control and plan projects, financial control and Monitoring. Also fully conversant with SAP (CRM/SCM/Project), Microsoft Office 2010, Lotus Notes and many

other programs.

Prior to this I was Project Manager in support of the ISR, SAP implementation team based in Danbury USA. Damovo UK Ltd, Horsham West Sussex May 2006 to Nov 2008 Senior Project Manager in the Operations Department. Responsible for managing projects including those that are of a complex, strategic or high risk nature. Having overall responsibility for implementation of the defined Project, within budget, time-scales and quality criteria, achieving Customer satisfaction and maximising revenue.
