Having recently completed my BA Interior Architecture and Design degree with a First Class Honours at Middlesex University I am keen to embark on my professional career within a dynamic and progressive architectural and design studio.

While my career path has, in many ways, been unorthodox, I have arrived with confidence at this stage in both my learning capacity and my ability to adapt to new situations. With my enthusiastic personality and attention to detail I intend to be an exceptional team member, willing to take on responsibilities.

Memento Fluvio—A Contemplation Space, in memory of London’s lost rivers.Memento Fulvio was born from the idea of creating a space that offers moments of pause and reflection.

My goal is to reinvent a corner where taken refuge from the hustle and hide the tension, the stress and overload of information bombarding us with such intensity.

Page 8: Cv & Portfolio

The project is laid out as a series of contemplative atmospheres where the existing, the esoteric and the newfangled may convene, with pathways designed to guide the users through various visual and affective sensorial experiences.

My aim is to translate these thoughts into a thought provoking design for the guests, creating facilities through different stages and generating unexpected environments along the building.

The location of 21 Barter Street and Fleet’s rich history has inspired me to try to recover its memories through the metaphorical contemplations that arise from the encounter with the Element of water.

The life experience starts at the bottom of the building, which is rich and evolving, getting fresher and more uplifting as we ascend.

Bar Victoria (Since 1931)

—Proposal"Save the Victoria"Maintain the identity and spirit, recover the bar and the mosaic and create a fusion between the past and the future of this place.

The council has requested from the Government of Castille & Leon for this site to be demolished and give way to a passage as urban plan and achieve greater permeability and improve communication between these three key points.

On the other hand, the committee has suggested the declaration of this property as a Cultural Site.

Materials that have been chosen will give that air of outer space, imitating the cathedral´s ground floor square, and the ceiling will retain the wooden canopies passages used to protect from rain and sun.

A room for a child—During my time at Arquineer studio, I collaborated with the design for a child´s room. I had to present an idea for a kid between the age of 7 to 10 years old.

Proposal My proposal was to create a more dynamic space where the bed is like a little cave to sleep or play or hide, and also at the foot of bed a study space.

I have also created a slate wall and shelves to store books or games.

It was important to me that the room grew with the child and had to be very flexible with its features along the years to come.

Theatre set design—I colaborated with Elisa Sanz in a theater play as a set designer in Madrid.

The challenge is not only to produce something semi-real but that the storage and transportation of such set of fixtures should be easy and quick. It came to the fact that the story of the play is based upon three different apartments in Times Square New York. The proposal was to use the story and the physical architectural limits by conecting it all with the street outside.

Based on the last piece of Guirguis, "The hat fucker" plaid at Principe Gran Via Theatre, is a show that chronicles the difficult journey towards maturity and the adventures in which four friends are involved in their pathway.

These photos show the real live space on stage. Do not be fooled by the title, it is certainly one of the best scripts seen this season in Madrid billboard.

Dulwich Sport CentreCompetition, 2012

—BriefThe Dulwich sports ground is run by volunteers for the interest of the community. Their purpose is to provide sporting facilities for a wide range of community groups, sports clubs and associations for both children and adults. The current sporting activities are football and cricket.

ProposalI have made an acoustic installation using recycling cardboard tubes which links one side to the other. I have connected both, sports and the installation to evoke the projectile motion of the ball.

MDX competition 2012—Design project “Micro budget”

BriefFit-out: a real project with a long wish list and a small budget

ProposalMy aim was to inject colour to the space within the shop. I wanted to transform the messy space and make it more functional but fun and arty. I have installed signage on the outside of the shutter, so people can see it from afar.

Peveral competition 2011—Design Project “Future aging”

BriefPeverel Retirement, a leading company in building, are thinking out of the box and they have come up with a new solution for this problem: a plug-in add-on living pod, a flexible enough to be part of a group or family, but eventually remaining independent.

Proposal‘Branches of life’As the tree of life, the design represents the embrace of family and the recognition of maturity.

The exterior design mimics the branches of a tree which surrounds the glass interior surface as if the family embrace a new member to live with. The new space will provide a large amount of natural light from different angles, and great natural ventilation.

Product Design 2001—My aim was to create a place where all tools and products could be stored therefore giving a sense of elegant functionality throughout the salon.

This minimalistic design works in harmony with the conceptual design of the salon.
