Skills Interpersonal Skills

University peer-reviews establish my ability to thrive in cooperative and self-directed work alike. They also revealed my reliability, active participation and capability to “take the reins” if necessary

Previously stated employment placements relating to journalism, event management and retail show my experience in jobs requiring communication skills

My work alongside university lecturers setting up Israeli-Palestinian conflict transformation projects explains my ability to work with supervisors effectively

Determination

My previously stated academic successes speak to my commitment to personal development and hard-working nature

My commitment to improve my B1 capability in the French language exemplifies my dedication to personal development

My initiative to take a Erasmus+ Study Abroad placement in France communicates my readiness to take chances for personal development

Interests

My passion for music has led me to become a music producer, utilising information technology to produce music and allowed me to understand the role independent hard work and practice plays in mastering skills

While studying at secondary school and college, I (under tuition) worked towards completing a Grade 6 Drum Kit examination and a Grade 5 Music Theory examination, in which I achieved a merit grade in the former and a pass grade in the latter. These achievements show my ability to not only work well under a teacher, but also to work independently to successful ends

From the age of eleven to eighteen, I performed regularly as a musician as a part of a rock group assembled with friends in public events both in aid of charity and professionally. With many of these events involving not only performance but also self-promotion, they illustrate my confidence with engaging and fulfilling transactions such as ticket sales with members of the public

Throughout my years at secondary school I performed in many concerts, several of which were in aid of charity, as a member of percussion sections of multiple school musical bands. This work shows my engagement with extra-curricular activities, and charity work
