Savannah Events MAY 3-7: Savannah Tall Ships Challenge on Savannah Riverfront on River Street and Hutchinson Island Esplanade. Tickets $20-$50, with discounts are available for children and the military. The Savannah Tall Ships Challenge is a once-

in-a-lifetime experience that awaits you and your family. 14 of the most majestic tall ships the world has to offer. Visitors will be able to view all the ships, board many,

and even enjoy sailing excursions aboard some of them!

MAY 4: SCAD Sand Art Festival, North Beach, Tybee Island! This annual festival features competitions using sand and objects found on the beach, including shells and seaweed, as art. Categories include: sand castle design, sand sculptures, sand relief, and wind sculpture. Free and open to the public.

MAY 5: The 36th Annual Savannah Scottish Games, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Games to take place at Bethesda Home for Boys. Bring your family and friends out for a day of Scottish cultural heritage, food, entertainment, shopping, highland dancing, piping, heavy athletic competitions, and children’s activities.

June Lease Expirations: If you have not yet renewed your lease by the expiration date, your lease and rental rate will revert to a month to month status. Please contact the office for renewal information at 912-927-2646.

PET POLICY

Just a reminder: Colonial Village at Greentree is a “pet

friendly” community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment

with a $350 pet fee, per pet. All pets must be register with the

leasing office prior to bringing them to the community or a

$150 fine, per pet, will be assessed. Visiting pets are not

allowed at any time in your apartment or at the community.

NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS or mixed aggressive breeds are

allowed. Please see leasing office for list of restricted breeds.

FUN IN THE SUN!

Sunscreens take 20 to 30 minutes to seep into your skin.

Reapply sunscreen throughout the day. This is especially im-

portant when you get out of the water. Even if the label claims

all-day protection, experts say it disappears in a few hours.

CROCK POT SPAGHETTI 1 1/2 lbs. ground beefs

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 2 tablespoons dry onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt

1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 3 cups tomato juice

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in pieces

Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Add dry spaghetti and stir in. Cook on high for 1 hour more.

All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all

times. We welcome a maximum of 2 guests at the pool/

amenities per apartment.

Please do not remove safety rope or any life saving

devices from the pool area. Please refer to the posted

pool rules located on the pool deck.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted at the

pool or screened pavilion as these amenities are for the

enjoyment of all residents. Thank you for your

understanding and cooperation.

July Lease Expirations: If your lease expires in July and you are not planning on renewing your lease, a 60 day written notice is required.
