PROJECT : Abu Tubul gas field development project consists of a Gas Processing Plant, a gathering system consisting of trunk lines, flow lines and manifolds, gas and condensate export lines along with production, re-injection and produced water well pads. DUTIES : Management of all contractor construction activities related to Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Mechanical through a team of site superintendents, supervisors and QA/QC personnel. Activities include site leveling, backfilling and compaction, trenching, pipe stringing, welding, coating, pipe laying, back filling and berm construction, foundation pre-casting, site casting of foundations and footings, concrete batching, lifting activities including heavy lifts, mechanical & piping well pad construction. Also installation of a 132KV and 33KV overhead distribution line system along with a switching yard and step down transformers at the well pads. Also included is the on-plot completion of the various well pads.

Management of the accommodation camp inclusive of accommodation, catering and maintenance activities.

Site in charge when Construction Manager is absent from site.

Review all produced documents related to the contract (method statements, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, construction procedures, area layout drawings, etc.)

Management of Quality Control through a team of QA/QC surveyors.

Daily progress report meetings, weekly HSSE meetings, weekly management meetings, etc.

Raising of technical queries, technical deviation proposals, purchase orders, NCRs and site instructions.

Tri-party walk downs and compiling punch list reports prior to mechanical completion.
