For Alcon portfolio i successfully developed strategies that grew business portfolio from 1.5M$ to 2.6M$ CC in 2 years. I had the support to create and implement first OTC media campaign with impact in long term ROI and brand awareness which successfully reinforced #NO.1 market position. I have ownership of 2 educational projects for KA's and distributor which led to double sell out within targeted points of sale within 3 months frame. I elaborated an educational excel based app for sales force to emphasize the category profitability.

Back in Transitions I successfully launched 2 new premium product lines (Transitions VI & Transitions XTRActive) and increased the partners educational level of photocromic lenses from scratch to the level of being able to promote such product. During my staying I introduced and developed a new distributor partner up to 10% market share from total sales.
