SUMMARY OF WORK HISTORY

Period: April 2016 to Sept 2016 Company: Modern Electromechanical Engineering Company, Al Ain Position: Senior Electrical Engineer Project: Al Ain Hospital

Responsibilities: Represent the company in all project related meetings with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor. Plan and schedule all Electrical project activities in-line with Master Program in co-ordination with the

Planning Engineer. Lead Designing and Drawing department for preparing the shop drawings.

Ensure timely project submittals and obtaining relevant approvals (i.e. for Samples, Shop drawings, Design details, Method statements, Schedules, etc.)

Co ordinate with various departments for all project related matters such as Architectural drawings and schematics.

Manage all Staff/Labor for the site Electrical activities. Arrange all clearances, approvals, etc. as may be required from any of the statutory authorities during

the execution of the Project. Ensure that all electrical activities conform with design and performance specifications. Provide support and advice to the site construction team in relation with the project quality programs.

2. Assisting Project Manager in managing all Electrical related activities from award of contract till project

completion. Review the item quantities (takeoffs) to prepare estimates of costs of materials, labor and equipment

based on project specifications, project drawings and other related project documents. Review and check project electrical drawings and calculations for compliance with project

specifications (single line diagrams, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings, details, wiring diagrams and cable schedule, etc).

Lead and assist design department to prepare shop drawings and submit for approval from the consultant and the authority.

Construct and supervise the work plan for the site team. Coordinate with consultant for inspection of site works and materials to prepare monthly payment bills. Monitor the daily and periodic site work progress. Administer the preparation of the final "As-Built" documents and operation & maintenance manuals.
