Project Value: £12,000,000.00 My role within the project was inspecting the work carried out, managing quality control, managing any delays/problems, communicating with the client, assisting with producing project reports on a monthly basis. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and reviewing RAMS. Fire marshal, creating PowerPoints for client meetings, create Word documents for sub-contractors, coordinate site access and create logistic plans.

Project: Vanguard Duration: February 2019 - July 2019

Project Value: £8,000,000.00

My duties included ensuring the project stayed within the time frame, manage any delays or problems, communicate with the client, attend and record minutes for site meetings. I carried out inductions, toolbox talks and reviewed RAMS, met with sub-contractors and built relationships with everyone in, or around, site. I also coordinated delivery’s and security access and instructed sub-contractors on site.

My Duties was to inspect work, review Drawings, attend minute meeting to discuss proposals from sub- contractors.
