• Carry out inspection of MEP installations and facilities to ensure compliance with approved design, contract specification and all relevant codes & criteria.
AL- GHURAIR PROPERTIES - DUBAI O&M Supervisor – May 2010 to April 2015 Worked with Al Ghurair Properties for 5 years. Handled hard facilities of Rotana Hotel 22 stories, Rotana Rayhan 22 stories, 366 retail shops & Restaurants, 342 apartments , Al Ghurair office Towers and Club & Sw. Pools.
Also have been a part of project team in construction of new extension of Al Ghurair Shopping Mall and Rotana Hotel & Apt.
