Job Profile
Study the Scope of Work and attend the Project meeting
Preparing the project specific QA/QC documents prior to submission.
Coordinate the collection and dissemination of Technical Information between the Company and Customer.
Monitoring procurement to ensure that all materials /consumables/equipment are positioned in time.
Planning of construction activities, mobilization of manpower/construction tools & tackles / equipment, construction schedules, subcontract schedules.
Prepare enquiry for Sub-Contractor, Supplier/Vendor and evaluation of Techno-commercial offers within the Project Budget.
Review of Bill of Material, detailed instructions prior to commencement of Fabrication.
Ensure that project changes/modifications/variations are correctly updated for accounting’s closing process.
Reporting of weekly and monthly progress reports and attend the Client review meeting
Ensure QHSE objectives are communicated to all level of staff / supplier/sub-contractors.
Offer the finished works to quality department for inspection.
Monitoring sites performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identifies existing or potential technical problem.
Maintain instrument list & calibration of measuring instruments, making part drawing.
Attend / Co-ordinates the pre-commissioning / commissioning activities, preparation
of close out report.
HIGHLIGHTS
Familiar with P&IDs, GA drawing, Isometric drawings. Familiar with various piping components and their symbols. Interpreting welding symbols as per AWS standard. Familiar with testing of piping systems- Hydro test. Familiar with site plan, unit plot plan, equipment location drawing, foundation location
drawing and piping drawing index. Familiar with standard piping details and piping systems. Familiar with HSE related issues in construction. Knowledge about NDT Level II (RT, UT, MT and PT)
