Adjust the tension on blade until desired tension & reading is obtained. 19mm ,27mm and 34mm Wide Bimetal Band saw : 30000 to 38000 PSI 25000 to 30000 PSI 41mm and above Bimetal Band saw : iii) Tighten the left side thumb screw & then after right side thumb screw of moving arm on tension meter. iv) Set the dial ring to Zero position & start tightening the blade manually or by hydraulic pressure vi) When you start giving tension on the blade, the dial will start showing reading on scale.
