Lager cheese spreadDirections1. Mix all ingredients, except beer. Add enough Yuengling® Lager to make a mixture of spreading consistency, about a ½ cup.
2. Turn into a 3-cup mold. Pack firmly. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
3. Unmold. Before serving, roll cheese in chopped nuts (optional).
4. Serve at room temperature with crackers, pretzels or bread.
• ½ lb shredded Cheddar cheese• ½ lb shredded Swiss cheese• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce• 1 tsp dry mustard• 1 clove garlic, mashed• ½ cup Yuengling® Lager • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
