Incorporation and shareholders

Closed joint-stock company «SOMBelBank» is a bank with 100% foreign capital.

Incorporated by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus

on April 24, 2004.

The bank’s shareholders are private commercial organizations from the Latvian Republic.

Shareholding structure (as of 01.04.2007г.):

SIA POLIMER R, Riga, Latvia 99,96 %

Licensed activities

CJSC «SOMBelBank» conducts banking operations on the basis of a:

• License for conducting banking activities issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus № 25 dated 26.04.2007.

CJSC «SOMBelBank» conducts certain licensed types of activities on the basis of a:

• License issued by the Committee for Securities attached to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 04120 dated 01.06.2004 for conducting professional and exchange activities with securities.

• Permission of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus № 42 dated 07.09.2005 to the right to guarantee payment of customs fees.

The bank is planning to obtain the permission to deposit funds belonging to individuals.

This will allow for expanding the range of retail services and pass on to the entire range of banking services for our clients.

Basic requirements: Two-year time span of

experience in the market (from the date of incorporation),

stable financial situation,equity capital of over 10 mln

Euro.

Our plans include establishing bank services centers in Mogilev, Brest and Solihorsk as well as cooperating with a large number of entrepreneurs in Gomel, Vitebsk, Mozyr, Bobruisk.
