Thanks to our flexibility our teambuilding and teamwork attitude with local institutions and stakeholders, our training solutions are highly customised, offering our Customer’s people the opportunity to learn from our trainers and instructors, that we enroll among our corporate engineering, erection & commissioning and service teams. Additionally, our Training Center runs in-depth courses on the different technologies on a regular basis.

Our Training TeamOur trainers are chosen from corporate engineering, erection & commissioning, and service teams for their know-how and on-site service experience as well as for their instructional skills. Additionally, according to specific customers’ needs, we may utilize vendor experts as instructors to enhance the knowledge base and experience offered to participants.The use of distance learning tools enhances learning by allowing students to follow operations in the field and fully interact with teachers and operators on plant sites.

Training Center in GenoaAnsaldo Energia Training Center in Genoa is located at the Group Headquarters site, in themiddle of the beating heart of the manufacturing and assembly for all Ansaldo Energia power generation products and components. Profiting from more than 150 years of corporate history, the Training Center designs and runs customer training programs to enhance skills development in the different company technologies and boosts hands-on practice:
