Tips & Tricks

• Some lessons learned & tips when considering a reporting solution

– Define requirements prior to implementation in order to better determine which views are needed.

– Including IT in End User training is critical to accomplishing the reporting goals.

– Use Noetix support. I have never had a issue go unresolved.
