Customer Service Portal,

simply click Support

Enter your assigned

Login ID and Password to

enter the Customer

Service Portal.

Click Request Service to file a

web-based Service Order.

This is the opening screen of the Customer

Service Portal!

Complete the Service Request form and click Submit when done!

Remember there are three required fields:

1.Customer Reference2.Req Service Date

3.Problem

You will receive a Service

Order Number confirming that

your service request has

been received by Freedom

Systems!

The Customer Service Portal also lets you

track the status of your Service Requests. This

is accessed through

Pending Orders!

Service Requests can be Sorted, Printed or Exported!

This page will display any

custom operating

procedures or information that

is on file for your

municipality.
