Referring friends is easy!

Following up

• Customer will enter friends info on a personalized URL (PURL)

• Email is sent to both the customer and their friend about the referral

• After 30 days, if the friend has not yet signed up for CLEAR service, email is sent to customer as a reminder

• When the friend signs up to become a CLEAR customer– New customer will receive an email with their Clear365 reward code

– Current customer will receive an email:

• with their Clear365 reward code or

• informing them their AMEX branded reward card has been sent

Looking ahead

• Revision of the lookup tool has been completed to include the new Referral Program

• CLEAR Welcome Email revised to include the Customer Referral Code
