Navigation Pre-requisites
Go to https://temenosbank.temenos.com/index.html

1. T24 (click T24 icon) – Make Integration Service
(BNK/IF.INTEGRATION.SERVICE) is AUTO
2. TAFj – Open TAFFJEE > Execute Servlet > And type START.TSM
to start IF service
3. T24 – Check service
You need: (a) T24 Customer ID (b) TCIB Retail Login ID / for purpose of demonstration we have used SIMONTCR (internet login ID)
1. T24: Change the mail Id of the customer to the id you want to receive the Campaign email By CUS, I CUSTOMER-ID. Also customer gender
should be MALE.
2. TCIB Retail : Launch TCIB Retail Home page which initially includes no banner advertisement
3. T24 Browser / New Browser: Enter a FUNDS.TRANSFER for system to trigger a campaign. Launch FUNDS.TRANSFER,AC I F3. Amount: (any
value, but greater than $50) (Can be any Male customer)
4. Email: An email should arrive in your inbox, open it. The campaign engine will track the viewing of the email and then if you click the button
you will be redirected to the Blue Magic Bank Savings page. This click will also be tracked. Click on the Click Me! Button.
On click you will be redirected to the Bank’s Page (advertiser)
5. TCIB: Now go back to TCIB and refresh the accounts page. A customer front end trigger on this page invokes the campaign engine and now
due to the interest in the savings product (the click) another campaign is then found (Id: CI63).
You will see the Banner same as the advertisers Page (Email Click button)
6. Customer Programmes: Login as Inputter/123456. Below In your Campaign Section the campaign with ID CI63 is defined. Click on analysis
icon.
7. Campaign Analysis: Here you can see the campaign flow
A. Campaign Initiated- On Funds transfer
B. Campaign Viewed: - On Open the Campaign Email.
C. Campaign Click through- On click the button “Click Me!” from Email.
