To get to the main CRF module page
please log in into admin area and
click "Custom Registration
Attributes" link in "System" section
of the main menu.

To add a new custom
registration attribute, click
"New Attribute" button.
To edit an existing
attribute, simply click
on the attribute you
would like to edit.

2. Add custom registration attribute
Once you fill in all necessary
info at the “Properties” page,
please add the custom field
title and description at the
“Manage Label\Options”. Supports the following input
types: Text Area, Text Field,
Date, Yes/No, Checkbox,
Multiple Select, Dropdown
and Radio Button, Static text

2. Add custom registration attribute
Description entered here will
be displayed under the field
and can be used for providing
guidelines for your customers.
It is not mandatory to enter
description.
At "Websites/Store Views"
subpage you can indicate on
which store views of the
available websites, the new
checkout attribute should be
displayed. By default it will be
displayed on all store views of all
websites, so if this is ok, you can
save the attribute without
proceeding to the
"Websites/Store Views" subpage.

2. Add custom registration attribute
Once you filled in all the info,
click "Save Attribute" button.
If "All store views of the website" is
checked, the new attribute will be
displayed for all store views of the
website (both current and future).
If you need to display the new custom
attribute only on a specific Store View,
please uncheck "Global" and "All
store views of the website“ and then
select the necessary Store View in the
multiselect option, that appears.
If "Global" is checked (it is by
default), the new attribute will
be displayed to all store views
of all websites (both current
and future ones).

3. Add a dropdown
For dropdown there’s an additional
setting ‘Add default “Please Select”
option’. It can be enabled for cases
when instead of indicating a default
option you would like customers to
choose an option. When this setting
is enabled, a customer will not be
able to continue sign up process
until he/she chooses an option
different from the “Please select”
one.

Admin can indicate your own
title for the “Please Select”
option at the “Manage
Label/Options” subpage.

5. Customer information in the admin panel
All data entered by customers is
displayed in “Additional Info" block
on the Customer Information page in
admin panel.

Custom fields are available when admin creates
a customer's account via admin panel.
