STEP 1:

Boil water in Microwave or on Stovetop. Remove water from heat source and fill two heat-resistant containers with 3-inches of hot water.

WARNINGS The molding process involves heating molds in very hot water and forming them to your ears. DO NOT PLACE HOT MOLDS IN EARS! Wait until molds are warm and pliable. Do not leave earphones or custom molds in your car or any other place that may expose them to temperatures above 120°F/49°C. Molds can melt and damage earphones. Molding material may adhere to AirPods. Avoid making contact between AirPods and molding material during the molding process. If they do get stuck, gently use a blow dryer to slowly heat and peel material away from AirPods. Remove all piercings in the Concha of the ear(s) before molding.

STEP 2:Place one Decibullz earpiece in each container and let sit for 5 minutes.

STEP 4Connect cooled earpiece to one of the AirPods, as shown in the image below. Units should “snap” together. Be sure the arrow is pointing up and the molding material is toward the top.

STEP 3Using a metal spoon, remove one of the Decibullz earpieces from the water. Let cool for 30 seconds.

STEP 5Place the AirPod, with attached Decibullz earpiece, into the Concha of your ear.

Ensure correct AirPod is in the correct ear. Use a mirror for best results.

CAUTION: CHOKING HAZARDKeep away from children. Parts are nontoxic but may interfere with breathing if caught in the windpipe.

Do not place both molds into the same container. They will stick together.

STEP 7Repeat Steps 3-6 for the other earpiece and AirPod. Leave earpieces in ears for 5 minutes to harden.

After molding, apply Left and Right Stickers to identify left mold from right mold. Put stickers inside the hard clip of the custom earpiece.

STEP 6Using the pad of your finger, gently press the molding material into the Concha of your ear. See image to right.

Do not let molding material touch the AirPod. Do not use fingernails to mold.

Use Caution When Handling Hot Water and Containers Caution: Do not place mold into ear while hot.

Wait until mold is warm and pliable.

REMOLDING:To reshape your molds, simply remove from AirPod and repeat all steps.
