Our managers have an average of 20 years experience in the glass and glazing industry and 14 years at Dynamic. With over 250 years of combined glass and glazing experience in management, we are uniquely qualified to tackle challenging design-build glass and metal projects. Design/Drafting/EngineeringWe create significant value for our customers through internal control of our products and processes. Our most successful (and rewarding) projects are those where we utilize the full suite of our capabilities. We prefer to engage early during the planning process of a project where our deep glass and metal product knowledge and pre-construction drafting and engineering proficiency allow us to add value to the general contractor and owner before the project begins. We regularly assist architects, engineering firms and owners through the detailed planning phase to help meet budget, performance and aesthetic requirements.
Our significant installation experience and extensive understanding of available glass and metal products from the industry’s top manufacturers allows us to be a value-added partner long before the material reaches the fabrication and field stages. In addition, our in-house drafting capabilities include CAD and Revit programs allowing us to improve our efficiency in assembly and installation, greatly reducing schedule or warranty issues. Quality Assurance/Quality ControlWe take our commitment to quality very serious. Safety protects people while quality protects jobs. We rely on repeat business to thrive and we place the highest expectation on the products we deliver. To ensure our quality expectations are met, we built a comprehensive in-house QA/QC program with a dedicated QA/QC coordinator to certify that we are delivering the best products and services consistently. Our program includes documented QA/QC checks throughout our supply chain beginning with fabrication through final installation.
Installation Team
SafetySafety is our top priority. We have a detailed safety program and a full-time safety manager to build and enforce a safety first culture. All of our employees are required to go through safety orientation and are held to the highest safety standards. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to safety – you either work safe or you don’t work for us.

In-House CapabilitiesFabricationDynamic Glass owns a 148,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fabrication facility located in Northwest Houston. Our facility is equipped with the most sophisticated fabrication equipment in the industry and we utilize the latest software and technology to promote consistency and efficiency. We control 100% of the fabrication and pre-glaze processes at our indoor facility in Houston providing a controlled, repeatable environmental to deliver consistent quality results. Our assembly and pre-glaze crews are highly experienced craftsman with an average tenure of 8 years at the Company.
Our customers realize significant benefits through our in-house fabrication capabilities. First, we control the quality of the products that are sent to the field for installation. Second, control the schedule which allows us to provide better service through our ability to quickly react to schedule changes or project revisions that may change the fabrication requirements for the project. Finally, our in-house fabrication provides a lower cost alternative to many of our competitors who outsource fabrication. Ultimately, our in-house fabrication provides better service and saves our customer time and money with the added benefit of peace of mind from knowing where the product is built.
