HMP Thameside, The new SERCO run prison on the banks of the Thames. Guy Baulf, the Director, talks on the complexities of opening such a huge establishment and its daily operations. CATERING, HMP PARC opened its new staff catering facility in 2012. Its aims being to train inmates to work in catering. We return to discuss its success.
