Each exam space is designed with a shared digital x-ray machine. Flat-screen monitors are provided at each dental chair, which allows patients to watch DVDs during their visit. Burford Office Complex :: Carmel, Indiana Burford Office ComplexCarmel, IndianaProject Information Two Building Office Complex7,200 and 3,600 sfNew ConstructionProject Description The design of this 2 building complex focused on creating a transition be- tween the existing commercial office buildings across the street, and the es- tablished residential neighborhood be- hind the property. Scale of the build- ings, roof lines, and landscaping were all instrumental in creating a project that Carmel officials found pleasing. Zoning requirements stipulated that the building to be placed close to the street, and all parking had to be to the side. This enhanced the residential na- ture of the area, and allowed for the buildings to be the feature element, rather than a field of asphalt.Photographs Susan Fleck Photography www.curran-architecture.comBeyond the Expected 15.
