Cummins ISX CM870 (Stage 2] EGR Delete Kit

Instructions

1. Remove Both clamps from EGR Pipe and Compressor hose for easy plate installation. 2. Install New Gasket 0 ring and Custom Block off Plate.You may have to pull out Old pins from Intake manifold to fit new plug. See Picture Bellow. 3. Reinstall compressor hose back in to the Intake Manifold. See arrow on Right Side Picture bellow. 4. Continue Removing EGR Pipe Going along the engine going back to the engine to the other side going to the cooler. Zip tie all Unused Sensor Plugs.

5. Drain the coolant from the engine. 6. Remove V Band Clamps connecting EGR Valve and remove Coolant lines going in to the Oil Cooler and Thermostat housing. Coolant lines See Picture Above Arrow 2 and 3. EGR Valve Arrow 1. 7. There is 2 alien head bolt included in the Kit. Install bigger bolt to Arrow 2. Small one to the Arrow 3 in picture above. 8. Remove Coolant line going to the thermostat housing. See Picture above Arrow 4. Continue removing EGR Cooler. 9. Install Freeze plugs to the Thermostat housing arrow 4. Installed picture 1. bellow. 10. Install 2 freeze plugs going to the engine block. See Picture 2 Bellow Arrow 5 and 6. 11. Install freeze plugs using bolt or pipe wide enough to Install nice and even. 12. Install block off plug and New Gasket on the collector with V Band Clamp Instead of EGR Valve Arrow 1. Now assemble turbo and all components back. Make sure to zip tie all lose wiring....
