DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST: FOLLOW the A66 east towards Brough. At a large grassed roundabout (Kemplay Bank) take the 1st exit signposted A6 / A686 Penrith. Follow the road ahead (which turns into Victoria Road). Turn right after the John Norris Fishing Shop onto Old London Road. Foyer on right.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST: FOLLOW the A66 west towards Penrith. At a large grassed roundabout (Kemplay Bank) take the 3rd exit signposted A6 / A686 Penrith. Follow the road ahead (which becomes Victoria Road). Turn right after the John Norris Fishing Shop onto Old London Road. Foyer on right.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE BUS STATION (Approx 10 minutes walk): FROM the bus station use the middle entrance/exit and cross the road at the zebra crossing. Walk down the lane (Grey Goat pub on left). Cross another road using the zebra crossing and turn left (Spar now on right). Continue straight ahead into De Whelpdale Lane (church on right). Turn slightly left (as if towards 11 on a clock) and head towards car park (Coach Lane Laundry on right). Join main road and then turn right (Friargate). M&S Foodhall will soon be on the right. Foyer in front.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE TRAIN STATION (Approx 15 minutes walk): FROM the train station turn left. Cross the main road using the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Walk down the hill into Castlegate (Station Hotel on right). Go past the ‘bandstand’ (on the right) and head towards the clock tower and Barclays Bank. Use the pedestrian crossing (next to British Heart Foundation) to cross the road then turn right and walk along King Street. After M&S Foodhall turn left into Old London Road. Foyer on right.
