Ingredients:
1. Skin Cake Ingredients :
• 300 grams of glutinous rice flour
• 100 grams of steamed potatoes which mashed
• 100 grams of powdered sugar
• 175 grams of coconut milk is heated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
2. Fill Ingredients :
• 125 grams of shelled green peas
• 1000 ml of water
• 3 pieces of pandan leaf
• 100 grams of sugar
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 100 grams of sesame
1. Make filling:
- Boil the green peas and pandan leaf until water thickens.
- Add sugar and stir. After dry up, put coconut milk then cook until the dough clear and smooth.
- After the dough is cold, round off it like a marble.
2. Make skins cake:
- Pour coconut milk that is heated into glutinous rice flour and at the same time, knead it.
- Enter the steamed potatoes, sugar and salt, and knead until well blended.
- Take 1 spoon of skin dough and flatten it.
- Enter the filling dough and then round it off.
- Put it in water for a while then roll in sesame seeds.
- Fry over low heat while stir it until cooked.
