Up on the House-Top Verse 1
Up on the housetop reindeer pause,
Out jumps Good Old Santa Clause
Down through the chimney with lots of
toys
All for the little ones, Christmas joys
Ho, ho ho! Who wouldn't go? Ho, ho
ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the housetop, click, click, click
Down through the chimney with old
Saint Nick
Verse 2
First comes the stocking of little Nell
Oh, dear Santa fill it well
Give her a dolly that laughs and cries
One that will open and shut it's eyes
Oh, ho, ho! Who wouldn't go? Oh, ho,
ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the housetop, click, click, click
Down through the chimney with old
Saint Nick
Hark the Herald Angels Sing Verse 1
Hark! the herald angels sing
Glory to the newborn King
Peace on earth and mercy mild
God and sinners reconcile.
Joyful all ye nations rise
Join the triumph of the skies;
With the angelic host proclaim
'Christ is born in Bethlehem'
Hark! the herald angels sing
Glory to the newborn King.
Verse 2
Christ by highest heaven adored
Christ the everlasting Lord
Late in time behold him come,
Offspring of a virgin's womb.
Veiled in flesh the Godhead see;
Hail, the incarnate deity,
Pleased as Man with Man to dwell,
Jesus, our Emmanuel!
Hark! the herald angels sing,
Glory to the newborn King.
Jingle Bells Verse 1
Dashing through the snow
In a one horse open sleigh
Over the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Bells on bob tails ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight
Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh, hey!
Jingle belles, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Verse 2
A day or two ago
I thought I'd take a ride
And soon Miss Fanny Bright
Was seated by my side
The horse was lean and lank
Misfortune seemed his lot
We got into a drifted bank
And then we got upset
Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh, hey!
Jingle belles, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh

The Marcsmen are San Antonio’s premier men’s a cappella
group, and members of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
The group was formed by a number of Texas State
University music students, and won the inaugural
Barbershop Harmony Society Youth Chorus Contest in
2008. Since becoming a
full-fledged chapter of the
BHS, we were the 2012
Southwestern District
champions and recently placed
20th in the 2015 International
Competition in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania.
We previously competed at
International in 2013, in
which we placed 13th overall
in the world, the highest
International finishing
Barbershop Harmony Society
history for a group of less
than 29 men on stage.
