CTLE Seafood, Inc. is a Canadian

company with its own presence in

China (located in Dalian, China).

CTLE Seafood, Inc. was incorporated

in 2005 in Canada, however, seafood

business goes back several

generations which included

processing, fishing and trading from

early 1970's to early 2000 with

operations ranging from Central

America to South Asia. Today CTLE

Seafood, Inc. is full a time frozen

seafood trading company which has

established partners in Iceland and

Western Canada, close co-operations

in Norway, North/South America,

China and our own representatives

in South Asia. This gives us the

ability to supply a wide selection of

frozen seafood products to our

customers in North America, Europe

and through out Asia only through

our trusted sources and partners.

Overview

China

We have had our own presence in China for many years, both in terms of supplying to and

supplying out of China. For products out of China, our frozen fish products come in the

forms of Whole Round, Headon Gutted, Headed and Gutted, Headed Gutted and Tail off,

Fillets, Portions, Loins, Blocks, etc in IQF, Interleaved / Shatterpack and Block Frozen. Our

squid products are in the forms of Whole Round, Tubes, Tubes and Tentacles, Rings, etc in

IQF and Block Frozen. Additionaly we also supply certain frozen shell fish products during

the season. All our products come from our own selected partners who are HACCP

complianced and EU approved. This gives us the ability to provide our customers a quality

product with competitive pricing.

In terms of supplying to China, our products are shipped to processing plants for further

reprocessing into Fillets, Portions, Loins, etc and to local importers for their domestic sales.

Our sales to Chinese domestic importers continues to increase signifincantly every year,

mainly due to the trust we have established in the market, our own presence in China and

our wide selection of frozen seafood products at competitive pricing.

In 2009 we partnered with a local

Icelandic company in order to source

and supply quality frozen seafood

products from Iceland. Products such as

Atlantic Mackerel, Lumpfish, Atlantic

Redfish, Capelin, Seacucumber, Blue

Whiting and a few other items are

supplied seasonally.

From Norway, we have been

supplying since 2005 various frozen

seafood products such as Atlantic

Cod, Atlantic Mackerel, Haddock,

Saithe, Greenland Halibut, Redfish, etc

mainly for the Asian market.

In addition to the above, we have

recently established supply of Razor

Clams from Netherlands and Brown

Crab from UK, besides other products.
