Features & Functions

Unique, rigid & robust steel structure for both onshore & offshore applications. Compact telescopic skid and foldable design for convenient transportation of the CIR frame. Eliminates the requirement of custom made mechanical working spool. Suitable for applications where crane lifting capacity is limited. Provides the combined functions of coiled tubing power reel and spooler frame. Telescopic module bottoms of the CIR frame comes with skate rollers for smooth telescopic movements. Telescopic skid and levelwind for various widths of metal shipping spools. Automatic levelwinding by combinations of timing sprockets for the different tubing / cable sizes ranging from 1.75 ~ 3.0. Tube guide roller housing to which mechanical tube length measurement counter ( either in feet or meters ) can be installed. Automatic lead screw levelwinding. Remote manual levelwind override control. Planetary gear drives with fail safe brake. Very high output torque from main drive shaft.

Variable output torque and turning speed. Idler hollow shaft c/w rotary swivel union for pumping high pressure fluids up to CWP 10,000 psi. Quick loading and unloading of metal working spools. Outriggers are provided for greater stability of the CIR frame especially for big diameter spools. Logging operation can be done with optional external rotary slip ring. Easier operation, control and maintenance.
