Programs track activities crossing multiple fiscal years, with an infinite time span (on going programs).
Used to differentiate activities within a specific Fund and DeptID.
Example: Student Learning Fee Instructional Related Activities Department specific activities
May be a required Chartfield for specific Funds.

The Program number differentiates the course.
Course Fee Programs begin with a “1”.
