CSR Assignment 

Presentation and Written Assignment Guidelines 

Total Weightage :  30 Marks 

General Guidelines 

  This is a group assignment. The groups will be formed by the faculty. 

  Each group will be assigned a company by the faculty for completing the assignment. 

  Presentations are based on the written assignment 

  The presentations are scheduled in 19th 

and 20th lectures. 

  Submit the written assignment as well as the power point presentation on the Blackboard. Also 

mark a copy of  the same on the course teacher’s e‐mail address as well. 

  Faculty  should  receive  the  written  assignment  and  the  power  point  presentation  of   all  the 

groups by the end of  the 18th lecture. 

  The written assignment should have appropriate ‘in‐text citation’ and references. The APA Style 

of  Referencing should be followed for the same. A  few examples are mentioned at the end of  

the guideline.

 

Presentation: 15 Marks 

I: Kindly follow the following guidelines while preparing your presentation: 

  This is a group assignment and thus all members of  the group have to be present for the 

presentation. 

  The presentation is divided into three broad segments which are as follows: 

  Part I: What is social responsibility according to the company?  In the report where do 

you find

 appropriate

 social

 responsibility

 interventions

 with

 regard

 to

 people

 and

 

planet 

  Part II: Discuss how social responsibility is integrated with the business model and 

highlight its impact. 

  Part III: Your critical analysis about the interventions  designed by the company for 

executing social responsibility. 

Written Assignment: 15 Marks 

II:  Instructions for Written Assignment (The guidelines are suggestive, you can modify in case you 

have a suitable framework) 

  The written assignment should be in narrative form and not a copy of  your power point 

presentation. 

  Kindly use font size ‘12’ of  Times Roman when you type the written assignment.

The text should be aligned. Make use of  the ‘Justify’ icon in Microsoft word. 

  Full assignment (should not be more than 3000 words, typed 1.5 spaces).
