Getting Started: Build your own survey

• Choose from over 20 question types, including:– Four kinds of matrix questions– Ranking questions– Drop-down lists– Open-ended text boxes– Checkboxes, and more!

• Page properties– Add a page title and page introduction– Limit the number of questions per page

(Recommended)


Survey Options

• Completion Action– Desired action that should occur when a

user completes the survey– Completion Message– Completion URL– Redirect after completion– URL for Cancel button

response– Multiple email addresses can be notified

• Separated by semi-colon

• Email Respondent– Select Yes– Choose the survey question that contains
