CPC SYSTEMS is a Fac-tory-Authorized Service Center for several indus-trial equipment manufac-turers. This enables CPC SYSTEMS to provide expert field and shop repair, equipment start-up, testing and calibration, and specialized personnel training and education. CPC SYSTEMS is ideally suited for customers who need equipment selection advice, project manage-ment help, and post-in-stallation support.

CPC SYSTEMS is a California General Engineering Contrac-tor for pumping systems of all types, chemical feed / disinfec-tion systems, reservoir mixing and management, and a vari-ety of other specialized applications. With its electrical spe-cialty classification, CPC SYSTEMS fabricates and installs complete electrical control panels, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and associated instrumentation.

Design-Build. CPC SYSTEMS relies on strong partnerships with local consulting engineers and specialty equipment ven-dors. CPC SYSTEMS provides tailored solutions for a variety of challenging applications.

Value Engineering. CPC SYSTEMS engineers cus-tomized solutions for a wide range of projects. CPC SYSTEMS’ staff experience, including the proficient use of CADD and project management software, combine to create cost-efficient solu-tions.

CPC SYSTEMS deploys a multi-talented staff of facto-ry-trained field service technicians for jobsite work throughout the western U.S. Several skill sets provide expertise in the testing and calibration of rotating equipment, pumps, process equipment, instrumentation, and electrical controls. Regular service contracts are also available upon request.

CPC SYSTEMS integrates prefabricated skid-mounted equip-ment packages consisting of pumps, piping or tubing, and in-line piping accessories to ensure optimization of space for the desired application. Skid packages are designed to provide its customers with equipment that is easily installed and serviceable.

CPC SYSTEMS operates as a fully trained, Facto-ry-Authorized Service Center for several leading equip-ment manufacturers. A fully equipped service center and warehouse allows for efficient shipping, staging, evaluation and repair. Commonly used parts are stocked to facilitate expedient service turnaround times.

CPC SYSTEMS provides complete electric motor / VFD control systems for any customized application. VFDs are generally applied to electric motors in order to reduce energy costs and improve process control. Close affiliations with leading VFD suppliers guarantee state-of-the-art VFD controls technology.

CPC SYSTEMS manages projects of all sizes, including installation, repair, retrofitting and refur-bishment of equipment. Optimal project performance is acheived using in-house product exper-tise, critical path management systems, warehousing capabilities, and field services.

Job Specific and General Education Training Sessions

CPC SYSTEMS manufactures and installs several types of relief equipment for natural disasters. Mobile trailers, emergency disinfection, and emer-gency safety equipment are some of the products available. These trailers and equipment offer inno-vative solutions for situations when no local power is available.

CPC SYSTEMS trains and educates plant personnel regarding the proper use of equip-ment. Jobsite training, in-house sessions, computer webcasts, and training workshops constitute the available training options.
