Program %e&uirements

- Annuities 8 Partners m#st meet "rogram e&igibi&ity re1#irements to receive ann#ity "ayments- Cancelling Multi-year Agreements 6 0f a c#stomer does not f#&fi&& their m#&ti6year "ayment ob&igations$ we
wi&& cance& the c#stomer &icense! 0f that ha""ens$ CSA *ees for the cance&&ed &icenses wi&& not be "aid! 0f
we have a&ready "aid the CSA *ee for a cance&&ed &icense$ the "artner?s f#t#re CSA *ees wi&& be red#ced
by the same amo#nt on a "ro6rata basis!- C-ange of Partner O 0f a c#stomer with a m#&ti6year agreement changes the Partner of +ecord (P,+)$
the origina& P,+ wi&& receive the ann#ity CSA fees for the origina& transaction bi&&ed over the co#rse of the
m#&ti6year agreement! The new P,+ is e&igib&e to c&aim CSA fees on any new "#rchases by the c#stomer!- C-anges in 5icenses 6 /nd #ser c#stomers can ad<#st their &icense co#nts in cases where they have an
/nter"rise Agreement! Changes in &icenses are re"orted at the time of the ann#a& /nter"rise Agreement
anniversary and wi&& be ref&ected according&y in the CSA *ee "ayment!- Claim +iming 6 The CSA *ee c&aim m#st be made within days of the &icense transaction date!-
Customer %e7ills 6 P&ease note that at times (#s#a&&y re&ated to a %o&#me 'icensing /nter"rise Agreement and #"dates to the re&ated Channe& Price Sheet) Microsoft may wor with the end #ser to
"erform a c#stomer re6bi&&! 0n these cases the "artner sho#&d go to the Se&f Service web site to register the
&icenses to get any additiona& CSA *ees d#e!- Donations 6 Any Microsoft software donated by Microsoft are not e&igib&e #nder this Program!- Dynamics C+M On Premise Migration 8 0f the C#stomer decides to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics
C+M ,n Premise to Microsoft Dynamics C+M ,n&ine at the end of the %o&#me 'icensing agreement term$
then the software advisor can mae a new c&aim! Microsoft reserves the right to demand a ref#nd of
advisor fee for a Dynamics C+M ,n&ine transaction if the service is discontin#ed "rior to the e>"iration
term!- Dynamics C%M Online Migration 8 0f the C#stomer decides to migrate from Microsoft Dynamics C+M
,n&ine to Microsoft Dynamics C+M ,n Premise at the end of the C+M ,n&ine s#bscri"tion term$ then the
software advisor can mae a new c&aim! The advisor fee is ca&c#&ated on the ,n Premise SLJ and the ,n
