GENERAL INFORMATIONAll applicants must complete Section I, the common Essential Criteria for both streams. Applicants interested in applying for positions in the Managerial Stream must complete section II which contains additional Essential Criteria for the Managerial Stream. Candidates must also complete Section III for all Education Asset Qualifications for which they qualify, as well as Section IV which contains all the Experience Asset Criteria for both streams separated by areas of employment. Applicants are advised to address ALL asset requirements for which they qualify regardless of the areas of employment these may fall under.

SECTION I – COMMON ESSENTIALS –These are required to be eligible for either stream.

DEFINITIONS: . Significant is defined as the experience that would normally be obtained over 2 years by

performing the full range of activities noted. Recent is defined as within the last 4 years.

NOTE: Indeterminate period incumbents of positions in the CS Group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the CS Group.
