What You Need To Know: • The Crystal Consultant Bonus runs from 27 January 2020 to 12 July 2020. • This bonus is available to all new and active Associates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain. • When you advance to Consultant within a 30-day period, you’ll earn an additional £37/€40 bonus for a total of £74/€80.

This bonus is available to Isagenix Independent Associates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain between 27 January 2020 and 12 July 2020. You must be in good standing with Isagenix and active as defined in the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan to be eligible to receive any incentives from this promotion. Incentives received through this promotion, including nonmonetary incentives, may be reported as taxable income. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust, or deny recognition or other awards to prevent or correct any attempts to circumvent the rules or manipulate the promotion, and to ensure the spirit of the promotion is achieved. What is the Crystal Consultant Bonus? Current Isagenix Independent Associates who become a Consultant for the first time between 27 January 2020, and 27 February 2020, can receive a one-time £37/€40 Crystal Consultant bonus. New Members, Customers, and Preferred Customers who convert to Associate between 27 January 2020 and 12 July 2020, and become a Consultant within 30 days from their Associate conversion date can also receive a one-time additional £37/€40 Crystal Consultant Bonus.

Who can earn the Crystal Consultant Bonus? Preferred Customers and Associates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain who have not previously rank advanced to Consultant can participate.

When does the Crystal Consultant Bonus promotion begin and end? It begins 27 January 2020, at 12 a.m. EST (New York time) and ends 12 July 2020, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Does my 30-day time period to earn the extra £37/€40 Crystal Consultant Bonus start from my join date or Associate conversion date?If you became an Associate before 27 January 2020, the deadline to earn the extra bonus is 27 January 2020. For new Members, Customers, and Preferred Customers who convert to Associate between 27 January 2020 and 12 July 2020, the 30-day time period begins the day after you convert to Associate.

How do I convert to Associate? Log in to your Customer account, select the Click Here to Become an Associate banner, provide the necessary information, agree to the terms and conditions, and you’re officially an Isagenix Associate!

How do I become a Consultant to earn the Crystal Consultant Bonus?

1. Have a Personal Volume of 100+ BV in the most recent 30 days. You earn Personal Volume for purchases made by Retail Direct Customers through your Isagenix replicated website and your personal orders from Isagenix (whether personally consumed or resold to Retail Customers). AND 2. Have 100+ BV in the most recent 30 days on both your left and right teams.

This can be accomplished by having a Personally Enrolled Customer on each team that orders 100 BV or more.

If I earn the £37/€40 Crystal Consultant Bonus, is my new rank Crystal Consultant?No, Crystal Consultant only refers to the bonus and is not associated with ranks. Your recognition rank will show as Consultant.

Can I see who on my team is close to earning the bonus and who achieved it?Yes, log in to your Back Office, go to Reports, then Contests & Promotions to see the Crystal Consultant Bonus report.

Will I see this bonus on my commission statement?Yes, it will be labeled as Crystal Consultant Bonus.

When will the Crystal Consultant Bonus be paid?The Crystal Consultant Bonus will be paid one week in arrears, at the same time the £37/€40 Consultant Rank Advancement Bonus is paid. Can I earn this bonus more than once?No, this is a one-time, additional £37/€40 for becoming a Consultant within the promotion period.

If I convert to an Associate 12 July 2020 — the final day of the promotion — can I still earn the Crystal Consultant Bonus?Yes, you have 30 days from your Associate conversion date to earn the £37/€40 Crystal Consultant Bonus.
