HOW DO I ACCESS CRUISEBUILDER?

WHAT IS A CRUISEBUILDER ADMINISTRATOR?
Every Agency has an assigned Administrator
The Administrator has ability to assign permissions to Advisors:
• Add or Edit Advisor Profiles
• Reassign Bookings from one Advisor to another
• Manage Group Permissions (Book into a group; view a group)
• Apply Payments and more
Please contact your SBDM after this presentation if you do not know your Admin.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO LOGIN TO CRUISEBUILDER?
Your Administrator will create your profile and
provide you:
• Agent Login ID
• Arc Nbr
• Password
Please select “Keep me logged in for 2 weeks” in
order to bypass this screen
HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?
• Step 2: Enter agent Login ID, Arc
Nbr & Email Address associated
to your Login ID
• Step 3: Check your email for a
link to create your new password
• Step 1: On login page, scroll to “FORGOT YOUR
PASSWORD” and select “request a new one online”
HOW CAN I REVIEW MY LOGIN ID?
• Step 1: On login page, scroll to “FORGOT
YOUR LOGIN ID?” and select “click here.”
• Step 2: Enter first name, last name & ARC
number
• Step 3: Check your email for your login ID

left-hand navigation (Image A)
There is also a drop-down menu from
upper-right hand corner (Image B)
Navigation may vary based on role
selected by your Administrator

HOW TO CHECK PRICING/HOW TO CREATE A FAST QUOTE
• Go to “Fast Quote” and enter a Cruise Number
• Option to Search or Add Back to Back Cruises
• Select single, double or triple occupancy and choose the room category
• View available promotions and add the discount for a Crystal Society
member
• Click “Quote”
• Then Download Your Quote as a PDF or choose to Book Now
HOW TO CHECK AVAILABILITY
• Go to “Fast Sell”
• Add the cruise number and occupancy
• Click “Go” to review availability for each room category
HOW TO MAKE AN OFFERED BOOKING
• Go to “Fast Sell”
• Then add the cruise number and occupancy
• Click “Go” and select the category room type
• Review Pricing then Select and Accept the Stateroom
• Choose to lookup a client’s Crystal Society information or click “Continue”
• Add Land Packages or “Continue” to your Booking Summary
• Then Add/Update Your Guest’s Information
• Click “Book Now”
HOW TO APPLY AN EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT
• Go to “Booking” and choose the cruise
• Then review the information and click “Apply Early Payment Discount”
• Select “Yes” to accept terms and apply Early Payment Discount to the
booking
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT/FAST SELL
• Go to “Booking” and choose the cruise
• Then review the information and click “Make Payment”
• Choose your Payment Amount and “Continue with Payment”
• Then enter the credit card information, click “Next” and select “Pay”

Pre-requisites:
• Your agency information must already be on file with
Crystal Cruises
• If not on file, please contact Sales Support Department
at 1-800-446-6620
How to register?
• Step 1: On login page, scroll to “NEW TO CRYSTAL”
and select “click here
• Step 2: Enter your Arc Number and click “Validate”

“Add Agent”
Step 4: A system generated email
will be sent with a link to create
your password
