2U Rugged 17” LCD KVM Display Drawer
Westek’s range of rugged displays are designed for use in extreme
environments, where a reliable, cost-effective solution is required. The LKVM27R is part of Westek’s well established and field proven rugged display series, and can be built to meet customer environmental and application requirements.
Display drawers can be bought as individual units, or as part of a fully integrated system installed into a Rugged Transport Case.
Cases are IP65 when sealed, and benefit from a pressure equalisation valve, tough stainless steel or aluminium racking with sway-space to prevent contact with the outer container under severe impact, carrying handles and
wheels, and anti-vibration shock mounts to provide shock protection in all orientations.
The LKVM27R display drawer is designed to operate over a wide temperature range.
The drawer itself locks out in the deployed position, and the screen is supported in its upright position by gas shocks to enable secure use in mobile applications. Once fitted into a rack, the rear bulkhead remains in a fixed position to provide easy cable management.
The keyboard is fitted with a rugged keyboard, and can be operated whilst wearing protective gloves.
The LKVM27R is available with either VGA or DVI-D display inputs, and a KVM switch is fitted as standard. A touchscreen variant is also available.
